Blue Patch Workshops: How to Create Tabletop Product Photography that Sells

We’re holding our first business workshop this year and it’s all about selling by making your products look good!

This is a hands-on workshop for makers who want to take better images for their websites or everyday instagram feed, without the need for special equipment or heavy post production.

It is great for those wanting to learn basic photography techniques needed for websites or social media.  No prior experience needed.

Here is a list of topics that will be covered.

  • understanding the types of product image
  • basic set-ups
  • understanding light
  • working with ambient light
  • photographing in low light
  • how to take sharp images
  • how to use household materials for your photography

Bring your own camera or camera-phone.
Bring some samples of your products to photograph.
